Welcome to the new Website for Plum Island Outdoors, Inc.!  The old Website started as a “Holding” site for work done of an up to date Website for the Friends of Parker River National Wildlife Refuge.  The Group went into an active state and Plum Island Outdoors, Inc. is not connected (independent) with (from) the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge.  The mission of Plum Island Outdoors, Inc. is to support the Greater Newburyport Community.  Today’s political climate requires us to be independent of the Federal Government.  Supporting a community requires being active in the community, in other words, an “activist” organization.
